what is Mentalizing Together?
Mentalizing Together is a twice-monthly virtual series for anyone interested in exploring and applying the principles of mentalizing. Whether you're new to the concept or have years of clinical experience, this is a space to connect with others who share an interest in understanding minds; our own and each other's.
Each month we explore one theme in two sessions:
-
First session: An interactive talk introducing the theme, followed by open discussion.
-
Second session: A clinical application of that same theme, using case material, role plays, and shared problem-solving.
This is a place where ideas deepen through shared reflection and real connection.
